Main Activities

1. Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.

2. Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.

3. Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

4. Make special shipping arrangements as necessary.

5. Tracking and fixing shipping errors.

6. Preparing bills and invoices.

7. Managing distribution and shipment load plan.

8. Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.

9. Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.

10. Coordinating with compliance, transportation, warehouse, and terminal teams with the organization for smoothly shipping and receiving process.
