About The Position

The Logistics Associate plays a vital role in supporting warehouse operations by ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately. Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and receive incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in accordance with company standards.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Label, sort, and organize materials to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse layout.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a tidy, hazard-free work area.
• Report any issues with inventory, orders, or equipment to Area or Team Leads promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners to track inventory movement.
