About The Position

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will help deliver products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments globally. You will be crucial in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of stand-up forklift operating experience
  • 1 year of plant or warehouse experience
  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Raymond-Brand stand-up forklifts
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets
  • Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment
  • Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts
  • Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
  • Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
  • Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction
  • Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments
  • Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
  • Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles
  • Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
  • Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations
