Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software systems.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods.
Track and update inventory levels and report discrepancies to the logistics manager.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documents.
Monitor transportation schedules and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.
