The Logistics Assistant Manager supports both Inbound and Outbound operations and manages the logistics flow and month-end closing for the department's Sales & expenses. Requirements Job duties include, but are not limited to: To provide compliance with policies and procedures, logistic equipment, and processes with the minimum requirements of the GA legislation and the company’s standards. To develop and implement strong methods for inventory, sales, and cost management of the department. To enforce and conduct Daily/Monthly Inventory audit. Analysis report for Inventory audit (Reason analysis why the inventory needs to be adjusted) To handle all inventory data in SAP & MES. To prepare and report the Daily/Month-end closing data for the department in SAP and in a paper report. To enter Daily/Month end closing date in the SAP system To participate in the development of the SAP & MES system to improve the current system flow. To calculate the Weekly/Monthly material demand to order materials from overseas. To coordinate processes of standardization and the department's processes and regulations. To prepare procedures and working instructions on all matters related to the department’s work. To make reports in accordance with the company’s standards and figures of business and financial performance related to the department’s work. To make continuous improvements in her knowledge and skills, and to increase her professional level. To make suggestions on work improvement related to production process improvement, logistics planning, product quality, and work conditions improvement. To arrange the customer delivery schedule for Finished goods. To coordinate with customers for the delivery operation To organize the Inbound/Outbound logistic flow, leading team members (Forklift drivers, Outbound operators) To follow the requirements of the company's quality management system and standards in his work. To have and properly use equipment for the personal and collective protection of employees. To follow the local regulations of GA, the Environmental Management System, and OSHAS of DSC Savannah, including DSC Savannah's Policy in environmental protection, occupational, and labor safety. To follow internal work regulations, standards, procedures, rules, instructions, and orders on labor safety, industrial safety, fire safety, and industrial sanitation in her work. To observe business communication rules and office etiquette, and to follow the Code of Conduct and business etiquette. To understand and support the DSC Savannah philosophy. To follow the rules and methods of safe work operations as a priority task. To have timely training and knowledge examination in labor safety, industrial safety, environmental protection, and first aid treatment in accordance with the requirements of legislation and the company's regulations. To report to a manager immediately on any situation threatening the life and health of people, on each accident that happens in the production, on worsening of her health conditions, including the appearance of symptoms of acute occupational illness (intoxication). To use confidential information in her current working process; to keep confidentiality and confidence towards the company's management. To report to a manager on all found violations and defects in the work. To perform other instructions of a direct manager. Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is an essential function of this role. The employee must be able to work their assigned schedule and maintain consistent attendance. Must demonstrate teamwork, responsibility, and initiative.
