About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager to lead our import/export compliance and logistics operations. This role is responsible for overseeing international and domestic shipments, ensuring full compliance with applicable U.S. and international trade regulations, and optimizing logistics performance to support business operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in U.S. Customs regulations, import/export documentation, global shipping practices, and international trade strategy. This role will serve as the company's subject matter expert on all trade compliance matters, including tariff classification, export licensing, Chapter 98 usage as a duty mitigation strategy and logistical procedures.
