We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end sourcing, procurement, stock management, and shipping operations while supporting our financial and ERP systems. This role ensures cost-effective procurement, efficient inventory control, seamless logistics, and smooth business operations across the supply chain, both domestically and internationally Develop, implement, and maintain domestic and international shipping processes, both internally and externally. Manage the full shipping lifecycle, including packaging, labelling, packing lists, customs documentation, insurance, courier coordination, and shipment tracking. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve shipping issues. Monitor shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. Source cost-effective shipping options and continuously review and optimize shipping costs. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
