About The Position
Logistics Analyst D&G Transportation (Germantown, WI) is celebrating our 40 th anniversary as a family-owned, national LTL carrier. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dispatch team as a full-time Logistics Analyst. This person will be cross-trained on various duties and is integral to the company’s success. Transportation/supply chain experience is preferred but not required. This is a non-exempt and onsite position with a $22+ hourly wage (negotiable according to experience) with reviews at 3 and 6 months. A strong performer will be poised for career growth.

Responsibilities
- Navigate website portals to schedule delivery appointments
- Prepare and generate dispatch documentation (e.g., shipping manifests, bills of lading, proof of delivery)
- Enter data into Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Assist in resolving driver issues (e.g., detentions, breakdowns, weather delays)
