About The Position

As a Logistics Analyst at Dexcom, you’ll be the central hub for coordination within the Mesa RDC. Your mission: keep material flowing smoothly and operations running without disruption. You’ll manage shipment planning, truck scheduling, and administrative tasks while using data analysis to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, organization, and leveraging data to drive efficiency. The Logistics Analyst ensures seamless coordination of material flow and logistics operations within Dexcom’s Mesa RDC. Acting as a central point for cross-functional and cross-shift communication, this role drives issue resolution and manages exceptions to maintain operational continuity. Responsibilities include shipment planning, truck scheduling, administrative support, and performance monitoring through data analysis. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in data tools to enable fact-based decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills that enable effective cross-functional coordination and quick issue resolution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, and macros.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with SmartSheet and Lucidchart for project tracking and process mapping.
  • Solid background in project management, driving initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Expertise in presenting data to diagnose issues, identify process gaps, and develop predictive models that inform decision-making.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as Oracle.
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Power Apps and automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Worked in a regulated industry, such as healthcare or medical devices, and understand compliance requirements.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison for cross-functional and cross-shift communication, ensuring timely updates and alignment.
  • Manage issue resolution and exception handling to minimize operational delays.
  • Coordinate shipment planning, truck scheduling, and material flow to support efficient operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and reports to monitor quality, customer satisfaction, and cost performance.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating sources and collaborating with IT and Analytics teams.
  • Support projects that improve operational efficiency and cost management.
  • Communicate effectively, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
