About The Position

In the role of Logistics Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the transportation and logistics team. You will provide support for outbound shipments, with focus with Distributors, Customer Service, and 3PL’s, including trouble shooting, problem resolution and analytics. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Customer Supply and works closely with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
  • You have at least 3 years experience in supply chain or transportation

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day execution of outbound shipments from the brewery, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
  • Monitor shipment lifecycles from tender to delivery confirmation, proactively resolving issues that could impact customer service or network flow.
  • Partner with brewery operations, warehouse teams, and yard management to reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times.
  • Monitor carrier service metrics (on‑time pickup, on‑time delivery, dwell, tender acceptance) and address day‑to‑day service opportunities.
  • Investigate root causes for late pickups, rejections, or detention issues
