About The Position

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst to provide logistics planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation support for the FAA Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) Small Voice Switch Replacement (S-VCS) effort under the VOICE Program. This role supports nationwide site activities associated with post-site survey remediation, installation readiness, and legacy Voice Communication System (VCS) decommissioning and disposition. The Logistics Analyst works closely with Program Management, Disposition Leads, site execution teams, vendors, and FAA stakeholders to ensure materials, equipment, property accountability actions, and travel-related logistics are executed efficiently, documented accurately, and compliant with FAA logistics, property management, environmental, and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or program support roles within Federal programs or large infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting equipment movement, asset tracking, or lifecycle logistics activities.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail and audit readiness.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint or similar document management tools.
  • Ability to coordinate with geographically dispersed teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must.
  • Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance.
  • Verification of past employment, education and references is also required.
  • It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.

  • Experience supporting FAA, DoD, or other Federal aviation or infrastructure modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with FAA logistics, property management, or disposition processes.
  • Experience supporting field teams conducting equipment installation, removal, or system transitions.
  • Knowledge of government logistics, environmental compliance, or recycling standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support logistics planning for site preparation, equipment installation readiness, and legacy VCS disposition activities across FAA facilities nationwide.
  • Coordinate logistics activities with site personnel, vendors, FAA Logistics Center (FAALC), and program stakeholders to ensure alignment with approved schedules and site constraints.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of site-specific logistics plans supporting system transition and cutover activities.
  • Track legacy VCS equipment removal, staging, shipment, transfer, reuse, or disposal activities in accordance with FAA-approved procedures.
  • Support property accountability actions, including preparation and verification of property transfer, excess, and disposal documentation.
  • Assist with validation of equipment inventories, serial numbers, configurations, and quantities prior to shipment or disposal.
  • Support entry verification and audit readiness for FAA property management systems (e.g., FRAMES or successor systems).
  • Assist Disposition Leads and site teams with logistics coordination for physical removal and packaging of decommissioned equipment.
  • Track and maintain documentation for environmentally compliant disposal activities, including R2/e-Steward recycling certificates, as applicable.
  • Ensure logistics activities align with FAA environmental, safety, and operational requirements.
  • Support logistics coordination for nationwide travel associated with site surveys, remediation, installation oversight, and disposition execution.
  • Assist with travel planning inputs to ensure alignment with authorized schedules, site access requirements, and government per diem policies.
  • Coordinate shipment timing and on-site logistics to minimize operational impact to air traffic services.
  • Maintain organized, auditable records of logistics activities, including shipping documentation, equipment removal forms, inventory records, and disposition confirmations.
  • Provide logistics inputs to periodic status reports documenting progress, issues, risks, and mitigation actions.
  • Support updates to program repositories or fusion hubs to ensure traceability and readiness for FAA inspection and acceptance.
