We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Analyst to support our SH2020 PBL team in Owego. In this position the successful candidate will: Coordinate, track, and expedite domestic and international POs and shipments to multiple customer contracts and locations. This position will be on-site coordinating directly with the other analysts and Program Managers. The candidate will apply advanced analytics to inform supply requirements and product support planning. The candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of supply data and leverage expertise in supply chain and logistics to identify areas for operational improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement process enhancements. You are a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and optimizing production processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing complex projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Your strong analytical skills, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments, make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interface directly with multiple program/functional organizations
  • Detail oriented and ability to review / improve existing process
  • Familiarity with accessing and using online data management tools
  • Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Experience in inventory management, operations, and/or supply chain
  • US Citizen for consideration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with United States Navy (USN)/Department of Defense (DOD) supply chain
  • Familiar with the USN MH-60 Seahawk Helicopter platform
  • Motivated self starter who works effectively under tight deadlines and has the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Familiar with SAP
  • Proven experience with sustainment products and services and working with external vendors
