About The Position

The Logistics Analyst position at Molina Healthcare involves developing and deploying workforce management strategies nationwide. The role requires partnering with leaders to identify business needs and propose solutions that align with the needs of members and providers. The analyst will ensure that the right number of skilled resources are in place at the right time to handle the workload, identifying gaps in coverage and proposing solutions for optimal outcomes. Attention to detail and data integrity are critical for success, as is the ability to work well under pressure and multitask. This regional role supports multiple plans based on business needs and involves maintaining headcount/FTE requirements, managing PTO planning, and providing production reporting to leadership. The analyst will also support system integrity for Workforce Management software and maintain relationships with training teams to ensure timely employee training.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies.
  • Expert level experience with call centers, operations, processes, and procedures.
  • Understanding of service objectives and contact center analytics.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies.
  • Six Sigma Certification.
  • PMI Certification.
  • Business Analytics/Risk Management.
