About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Logistics Analyst - PMSMIS in the United States. In this role, you will provide critical life-cycle logistics and integrated logistics support (ILS) for naval systems, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency. You will work with various Navy programs, maintaining and updating certifications, researching part numbers, and integrating ILS documentation. The position involves regular communication with Navy clients, tracking program metrics, and supporting operational reviews. You will also mentor other logisticians and contribute to process improvements across logistics operations. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic, mission-driven environment with a mix of remote and on-site work as required. The position is ideal for experienced logistics professionals with a background in naval operations and DoD systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s with 8 years, or High School Diploma with 11 years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in naval logistics, including understanding of NSNs and material procurement
  • Experience with NDE, MBPS, and mentoring other logisticians in ILS processes
  • Strong knowledge of Navy supply and procurement systems and procedures
  • Active U.S. Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

  • Provide life-cycle logistics and ILS support for Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems across Navy programs
  • Develop, update, and maintain ILS certifications and documentation in Navy Data Environment (NDE) and other logistics systems
  • Research Navy part numbers, NSNs, APLs, and configuration records in CDMD-OA and MBPS
  • Coordinate with clients to provide logistics feedback and ensure timely resolution of inquiries
  • Generate monthly ILS status and metrics reports and assist in program reviews and meetings
  • Mentor and guide other logisticians in completing ILS deliverables and maintaining documentation
  • Work with various DoD logistics databases and support integration of logistics programs
