About The Position

IGT is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst II to support logistics and supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports the day-to-day analysis and coordination of inventory movements, material transactions, and logistics activity across warehouse, production, and shipping operations. The position helps ensure accurate material visibility and efficient flow of materials and finished goods by analyzing inventory and logistics data, monitoring transactions and shipping activity, supporting planning efforts, and driving process improvements across operations.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decisions.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control, manufacturing, or materials planning.
  • Hands-on coordination experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and reporting/data analysis tools.
  • Must be able to commit to a full-time shift of 5:00pm to 3:30am.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze inventory, logistics, and transportation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor material movements and system transactions to support inventory accuracy across warehouse and production operations.
  • Track inventory levels, critical parts availability, and material status to support continuity of operations.
  • Review and reconcile inventory-related data, reports, and transaction records to resolve variances.
  • Partner with warehouse, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and finance teams to improve inventory accuracy, material control, and process efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to inventory performance, material movement, and logistics execution.
  • Support shipping, receiving, warehousing, and third-party logistics coordination activities.
  • Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
