The Logistics Analyst I position at CACI is designed for TS/SCI cleared candidates to provide essential logistics support for military operations. This role involves managing logistics technology and information to ensure effective support for products, services, equipment, and systems. The analyst will participate in provisioning, maintenance, and repair activities, while also maintaining documentation and inventory control.

  • Provide management, customers, and sub-contractors with logistics technology and information.
  • Participate in day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for programs.
  • Prepare requisition documents and forward them to applicable sources.
  • Maintain the document register, assign document numbers, and record the status and demand for material.
  • Monitor the status of requisitions in the document register and provide status updates to customers.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of the document register and determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Maintain stock control levels and reorder parts as necessary.
  • Requisition, receive, store, issue, segregate, care for, preserve, inspect, and accurately inventory equipment and repair parts.
  • Process repairable/turn-in items and maintain accountability of equipment and supply stock age.
  • Participate in routine market surveys and support US Army systems on-site as needed.
  • Be available to deploy to other countries for quick reaction technical support to US forces.
  • Establish and maintain stock records and other documents such as inventory and supply reports.
  • Review and verify quantities received against bills of contracts and shipping documents.
  • Unload, unpack, count, segregate, palletize, and store incoming supplies and equipment.
  • Associate's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field with four years of experience in military logistics, or military equivalent training with six years of experience.
  • Knowledge in shipping, receiving, storing, issuing stock control measures, and accounting procedures.
  • Experience with Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
  • Ability to maneuver in small spaces and lift 50lbs.
  • Basic knowledge in operating MS-Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Supply System and packing/shipping requirements.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend logistics documentation.
  • Experience in military logistics and supply operations.
