About The Position

The Logistics Analyst will support the Logistics and Program Management Support Services for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's International Operations Global Execution Division. This role involves providing logistical support and ensuring effective communication and documentation within the security cooperation community. The position is hybrid, requiring presence at the Pentagon/Arlington two days a week and allowing remote work for three days a week.

Requirements

• Five (5) plus years of work experience related to logistic services and support.
• Demonstrated experience working with the security cooperation community.
• Knowledge in tracking the status of documents and following up with action officials.
• Understanding in drafting correspondence, including letters, memorandums, and briefing documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite applications.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics and Program Management for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's International Operations Global Execution Division.
• Track the status of documents and follow up with action officials to meet deadlines.
• Draft correspondence including letters, memorandums, and various briefing documents.
• Provide feedback to management regarding document statuses and logistics operations.
