The role of the Logistics Administrator consists of, but is not limited to, the operation of rail and truck scales to verify, gather and input data from inbound and outbound materials, perform daily tests on radiation detectors, generate environmental and DOT paperwork for non-compliance loads, organize and maintain paperwork for finance and shipping office, general housekeeping and a variety of other tasks related to the successful operation of Material Handling. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
