Requirements

  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2 years’ experience in a Logistics, Office Environment or Administrative Analyst role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced working knowledge and application of Microsoft products

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced working knowledge and application of purchase order management system, prefer Ariba/SAP
  • Intermediate knowledge of business/financial plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Critical thinking ability required to assess data and performance trends for opportunities and/or improvement

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and book available rooms as required
  • Schedule and arrange meals for visits and meetings as needed
  • Preparation of meeting agendas & communication
  • Develop and proofread presentations using Microsoft tools
  • Lead communications systems in the DC & ensure accurate information is shared with employees
  • Communicate updates / success within Coty on internal Company Announcement Systems
  • Internal and External communication as required
  • Daily Key Performance Indicator reporting and development as required
  • Assist with Company Store activities and operations
  • Serve as contact for outside visitors or groups
  • Own Travel and Expense Reporting systems for the DC ensuring compliance with standards
  • Create and manage purchase orders using SAP and Ariba systems
  • Support DC Finance team master data governance requests
  • Purchase all office & consumable supply items within established minimum and maximum guidelines
  • Develop & maintain yearly supply budget per AOP
  • Monthly tracking & gap analysis for consumable spending
  • Communicate with external vendors to resolve order/invoice disputes
  • Manage CAPEX projects as assigned
  • Create & maintain POKA documents as required
  • Warehouse Management System user creation & set-up
  • Participating member of the employee engagement team
  • Organize engagement meetings
  • Plan and execute approved events
  • Manage digital communications of events and activities
