Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Logistics Admin located in Fontana, CA. Reporting to the Construction & Logistics Manager, the Logistics Admin role is responsible for providing administrative support in the shipment of our manufacturing products (enclosures, panels, and switchgear) from our manufacturing facilities to the end customer. This role ensures all logistics related documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a logistics related role providing administrative support.
  • Ability to read and interpret: Bills of Lading (BOL), Packing lists, Purchase orders, Shipping and receiving documentation
  • Familiarity with freight methods (LTL, FTL, courier, expedited, jobsite delivery)
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software including ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, shipping labels, delivery paperwork, and related forms.
  • Communicate shipment information and details such as delivery dates and tracking information to internal teams
  • Maintain accurate and organized logs of all shipments, deliveries, freight charges, and vendor confirmations, and transportation activities.
  • File, archive, and manage logistics records to support audits, billing processes, compliance, and project closeout requirements.
  • Identify and escalate logistics risks or conflicts to leadership team to avoid delays or cost impacts.
  • Track remove for shipment, ship loose, and field-installed items to ensure accurate material control and delivery planning.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
