About The Position

This role focuses on enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers using inbound transportation services. As the organization continues to innovate within the transportation and logistics sector, the team is dedicated to evaluating and improving current network shipper defects through effective coaching and performance management. The selected candidate will work directly with shippers to develop solutions and improve shipper performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in account management and customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in transportation, intermodal, and supply chain sectors.
• Entry-level knowledge of MS Excel, including familiarity with spreadsheets and data interpretation.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
• 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• 1-3 years in logistics account management, specifically managing and building relationships with accounts and their freight.

• Ability to communicate effectively alongside technical skills.
• Experience managing disruptions as they occur.
• Understanding of basic data analytical skills.
• Experience writing documents related to process improvement proposals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present data on a daily basis.
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
• Identify root causes of transportation defects.
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
• Conduct daily business review stand-up calls.
