About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a premium, global logistics company that specializes in storing, moving, and shipping high-value items, fine art, antiques, and furniture to hire a Logistics Account Manager. The Logistics Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the full lifecycle of high-value shipping and logistics projects. This role sits at the intersection of client service and operations, ensuring seamless coordination from quote through delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, fine art, or a related industry preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with systems like Moveware is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the shipping process
  • Oversee projects from initial quote through execution and final billing
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, inventories, and commercial invoices
  • Handle permitting requirements (CITES, NOAA, Fish & Wildlife, etc.)
  • Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
  • Monitor timelines, costs, and service quality to meet client expectations
  • Support senior account managers with documentation, invoicing, and client setup
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company procedures
