About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Logistician – FSC at Creech Air Force Base. Purpose and Scope: The position is required to perform all Creech Air Force Base supply Flight Service Center Functions. Essential Responsibilities: Managing the DIFM return process. Found on Base assets. Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR). Turn Around Process (TRN). Daily DIFM Listing (D-23). Quarterly DIFM Reconciliation. Quarterly Supply Point listing (Q-13). Supply Points Modifications. Semi-Annual Supply Point Reconciliations. Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) kits. TCTO Kit Issue. Monthly TCTO Reconciliation. Time Change Validation. Awaiting Parts (AWP) (D19). Quarterly Repair Cycle Data Listing (Q04). Degraded Ops Return Process. Block IIB training. Local Manufacturing Process. Pull warehouse assets. Put items away. Daily Document Register (D04). Record Reversal Process. Delinquent Documents (R59). Reject Management Listing (D818). ISU process, Reject Process. After Hours Degraded Operations File Delivery. Use JDRS for QDRs. Process receipts in ILS-S. Responsible for working and reporting monthly Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) to include DIFMs, MRSP Fill Rate. Must have an established record of effectively working with Base Supply personnel to resolve problems using working knowledge of supporting data systems, processes, and procedures. Must provide DIFM training quarterly. Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of academic/technical/military training.
  • Position requires 6 to 9 years' work experience in the Air Force supply systems with an emphasis on Flight Service Center Management.
  • Must be familiar with procedural requirements in AFI 23-101.
  • Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and understand English.
  • Must possess and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
  • Applicants must possess and maintain a valid Nevada state driver’s license.
  • Must be able to operate up to a 6k capacity forklift and utilize material handling equipment.
  • Must have a general knowledge of the Air Force warehouse supply functions.
  • Must be able to repetitively hold/balance, reach, flex position, twist, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat/crouch, climb, and sit (all for short or long periods of time).
  • Must have a full range of mobility and endurance and be able to lift objects that weigh a minimum of 45 pounds.
  • Constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
