About The Position

Duties: 6 Years' Experience in the use of Navy and DoD databases and tools to include, ICAPS, JETDAS, CDMD-OA, TDMIS, NAVY ONE TOUCH Validate, maintain, and update ship and shore site configurations in CDMD-OA/MBPS. Develop and submit maintenances work file in CDMD-OA/MBPS to update records based on shipboard assessment. 4 years of experience providing ship acquisition or fleet sustainment logistics support services to MSC, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Coast Guard, or commercial ship operating companies, to include all of the following: Afloat supply financial and inventory management. Material identification and sourcing material from commercial and federal sources. Material order submission, tracking, and expediting using DoD and Navy MILSTRIP requisition transactions. Material shipping, monitoring, tracing, and tracking using both commercial sources and the Defense Transportation System (DTS) for CONUS and OCONUS delivery. Identifying, analyzing, auditing, and developing requirements for the acquisition of logistics information in support of planned maintenance, industrial assistance, equipment alterations, and removals. Reviewing, interpreting, and auditing acquisition documentation, specifications, technical manuals, vendor supplies data, vendor purchase orders, shipboard feedback, and other available technical information. Conducting shipboard inventories, developing storeroom mock-ups, layout, and supporting material on-loads and off-loads. Conducting ashore inventories. Performing causative research for inventory gains or losses. Auditing, updating, analyzing, and determining shipboard inventory management posture. 3 years' experience executing ship acquisition and fleet sustainment support services utilizing any of the following systems:

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience executing ship acquisition and fleet sustainment support services utilizing any of the following systems:
  • Supply Chain Experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Navy Supply and Logistics: 4 years (Required)
  • Secret (Required)
