Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Three (3) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics principles, practices, and processes.
  • Experience shall include at least one (1) years of support with C4ISR or similar systems, to include: Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, and Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures.
  • Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
  • Active Secret Clearance walking through the door

Responsibilities

  • Support various aspects of DoD Logistics which may include the development of logistics documentation such as Modification Instructions (MI), Supply Instructions (SI), Stock Lists (SL-3), GFE Reports and others.
  • Provide oversight of warehousing operations and directing of shipments.
  • Develop Logistics Plans and Procedures and Develop Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines.
  • Keep Documentation updated to the latest NIWC template format.
  • Hands-on inventory of incoming material to include identifying missing material and providing that data to the government to procure replacements.
