The Logistic Supply Specialist is a cross-trained supply specialist capable of performing multiple logistics and supply chain functions, including shipping & receiving, inventory, and replenishment. This role is crucial for managing, controlling, and moving supplies throughout the organization. The specialist is expected to provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team, including co-workers, clinical staff, supervisors, and management. Key responsibilities include accurately managing supplies from receipt to distribution and prioritizing duties to ensure timely completion. The position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Supply Chain inventory software, and mobile supply chain devices. Adherence to Patient Experience and Performance Behavior Standards, Facility Disaster Plan, Safety, Infection Control, Blood and Tissue Handling, HazMat policies, Premier Health and Material Management policies, and HIPPA requirements is mandatory. The specialist must also safely operate material handling equipment.
