About The Position

The Logistics Coordinator at Weee! Inc. plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of independent contractor (IC) delivery drivers. This position involves route planning, driver onboarding, performance management, and reporting on delivery performance, all aimed at enhancing fleet operations and reducing costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience managing drivers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Excel and Google Suite, with the ability to handle large amounts of data, create pivot tables, and data visualization.

Nice To Haves

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Identify the orders for the next day and create a route plan for deliveries using Weee's routing software.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a sufficient driver pool is ready for the business.
• Manage the IC driver onboarding process for the region.
• Understand driver performance and provide necessary support.
• Suggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting regarding delivery performance for the warehouse.
• Assist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned.
• Drive company vans to various maintenance vendors if needed.
• Deliver packages if required.
