We are looking for a high caliber, multidimensional LogicMonitor Engineer (Federal Support) to provide resident engineering support for a federal government customer for clients. Successful candidates will have a strong background in monitoring technologies, LogicMonitor platform administration, and cloud infrastructure. Efforts will include workflow automation, business process optimization, integration with ServiceNow, and day-to-day operations support. Solutions Consultant must have deep experience in monitoring principles, distributed systems, automation, and LogicMonitor platform.

  • LogicMonitor Certified Associate (LMCA)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
  • 5+ years supporting modern server operating systems (Linux/Windows)
  • Strong knowledge of application and system software monitoring principles and practices
  • Experience with LogicMonitor, specifically: - Proficiency in LM Envision - Experience with LogicModules - Alert tuning best practices - Using LogicMonitor REST API for automation and integration - Building and customizing dashboards - Log analysis using LM Logs - Group structure design for monitored resources
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration and automation workflows
  • Understanding of infrastructure monitoring principles and distributed environments
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex technical systems and web application architectures
  • Familiarity with software version control systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain credibility as a monitoring expert
  • LogicMonitor Certified Professional (LMCP)
  • Administration experience with other monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Extrahop, Moogsoft, Broadcom APM, Spectrum Microfocus Operations Orchestration
  • Experience supporting federal government customers
  • Experience in resident engineer roles or embedded support teams
  • Experience with ITIL practices and service management frameworks
