Duties, Goals, and Responsibilities: Audit driver logs to identify and address Hours of Service (HOS) violations. Conduct orientation presentations on HOS regulations and provide ELD device demonstrations. Monitor daily compliance reports, including unassigned driving time, Personal Conveyance usage, and odometer discrepancies. Coach drivers on HOS requirements and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Cross-train with the Driver Physicals and CDL renewal compliance team to support departmental needs. Maintain an organized work environment and demonstrate the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
