Requirements

  • Must be a current college junior, senior or recent college graduate
  • Ability to provide professional and/or academic recommendations
  • Embrace a diverse, inclusive culture and lead by example through behaviors
  • Possess a customer-first mentality and represent our brands through style
  • Be a collaborative team player and results-oriented
  • Communicate effectively with customers, managers, business partners, associates, and peers
  • Organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Take initiative in making decisions on a timely/urgent basis
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Build leadership skills by working alongside dynamic store leaders, associates, and business partners
  • Develop people skills by actively engaging in networking, recruiting, selection, engagement, and training activities
  • Leverage available tools and resources to ensure an efficient, customer-focused environment
  • Motivate associates to anticipate the customers' needs and exceed her expectations
  • Identify business trends and opportunities, monitor key metrics, and coach to successfully encourage behaviors that drive positive results and lead to business growth
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with teams to problem solve and reach resolution
  • Gain experience in merchandising through planning, executing, and adjusting visual directives to support business priorities
