About The Position

As a Sales Lead at LOFT, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include modeling personalized customer service, assisting in onboarding and developing team members, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. You will also be expected to step into a managerial role when necessary, ensuring that both customers and associates feel valued and engaged.

Requirements

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred)
• Management experience (preferred)
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.

• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates for better customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Utilize technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, providing customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
