About The Position

As a Sales Lead at LOFT, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include modeling personalized customer service behaviors, assisting in onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. You will also be expected to provide feedback and coaching to associates, build productive relationships, and utilize technology to enhance the customer shopping experience. Additionally, you will be prepared to step into the manager role when needed.

Requirements

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred)
• Management experience (preferred)
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
