About The Position

As a Sales Lead at LOFT, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include modeling personalized customer service behaviors, assisting in onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. You will also be expected to step into a managerial role when needed, ensuring that both customers and associates feel valued and supported.

Requirements

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred)
• Management experience (preferred)
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates for better customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Utilize technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, providing customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
