About The Position
As a Sales Lead at LOFT, you will be a key team member responsible for supporting and role modeling excellent customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates. You will have a direct impact on both the customer experience and the associate experience, collaborating with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and stepping in as manager when needed.
