About The Position

The Loft is seeking a part-time Key Holder for evening and weekend shifts to provide exceptional client service and support store operations. This role involves acting as the Manager on Duty in the absence of a manager, handling operational tasks, and ensuring a positive client experience while adhering to company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months Sales Associate experience with ANN INC. or equivalent experience in retail.
• Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a retail management role.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client services and support the Store Manager and Co-Manager.
• Operate as the Manager on Duty in the absence of a manager.
• Perform operational and transactional functions, including opening and closing the store.
• Handle client service issues and issue approvals for desk transactions.
• Embrace company values and set an example through behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with all ANN INC. practices and procedures.
• Drive revenue by managing the client experience and performing Manager On Duty responsibilities.
• Coach associates on client interactions and performance to maximize productivity.
• Utilize reports to make effective merchandising decisions and maintain store standards.
• Complete daily tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets all ANN INC. standards.
