About The Position

The Lodgings Associate plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality, seamless guest experience for overnight visitors at Fossil Rim Wildlife Center. This position operates as a hybrid role supporting both front desk operations and housekeeping functions, ensuring that guest accommodations, common areas, and service interactions meet established cleanliness and hospitality standards. This role requires strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Requirements

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
Effective verbal communication skills, both in person and via telephone
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic work environment
High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
Maintain a clean, professional appearance in accordance with department uniform standards
Interact with guests and team members in a respectful, positive, and service-oriented manner
Schedule of up to 29 hours per week; must be available for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as climb stairs in a multi-level facility
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work with cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment
