As the Lodging Logistics / Linen Specialist, you will provide lodging logistics operations and linen exchange services including inventory, and other related tasks pertaining to lodging logistics and linen exchange. In addition, this position may act as an escort of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) staff performing similar duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Coordinate replenishment of linen supplies through the Supervisor and the linen exchange contractor. Check-in, check-out, and exchange linens at Lodging Linen Exchange for all US and coalition personnel lodged at ADAB. At personnel check-out, the Contractor shall verify return of all issued linens and shall sign the individual’s out-processing form. After personnel check-out, the Contractor shall coordinate with the soiled linen contractor to exchange soiled linens for clean linens. Store, inventory, assemble, breakdown, remove, deliver, and install furniture, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, beds and other lodging related items in lodging rooms. Maintain full inventory of lodging items in the storage facilities in an orderly manner with a system in place to account for all items with no more than two (2) discrepancies per month. Determine quantities required and timely stock replenishment and rotation by use of experienced judgment, historical data, occupancy and utilization. Establish and maintain minimum stock and periodic automatic replenishment levels of all expendable supplies and equipment to ensure adequate inventory of items with no more than two (2) unfulfilled lodging item requests due to depleted stock levels per month. Must perform as needed and/or scheduled in other departments inclusive of CAC Cashier (MWR), Fitness Specialist, Water Delivery Tech, or Maintenance Escort. Must perform as Maintenance Escort during Escort’s absences, scheduled days off, R&Rs, etc. Other duties as assigned by Site Management.
