About The Position
Callaway is seeking a personable, outgoing and conscientious individual to take on the role of Bellhop/Bellman. In this role, the individual will be the initial point of contact for guests arriving at the Lodge & Spa. The individual will provide a warm greeting and assist the guest with their luggage or answer any questions they may have. In addition to this responsibility, the individual will also provide shuttle service throughout Callaway Resort during special events or on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have a valid, untarnished driver's license
- be able to lift up to 60 pounds
- be able to stoop, bend, climb and lift
- Excellent guest service skills are a MUST
- candidate must be available to work during weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a hotel is helpful.
