About The Position
As a Locums Director of Recruitment WFH with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the contracted Scope of Services to the client. The Program Director will be on-site at a client location or at a Parallon facility, under minimal supervision. Your primary focus will be on maintaining quality customer service and day-to-day site operations, while achieving strategic account initiatives. You will manage PWS' services including staffing desk, payroll, business validation, business development, and supervision of PWS staff. This role requires proactive relationship development with client hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
