About The Position
Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Urology Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, to start promptly. Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Board Certified
- Licensed in Arizona State or IMLC
- ACLS Certification Required
- BLS Certification Required
