Requirements

• 1 year of locum tenens experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of good performance
• Tech Savvy
• Ability to work as a team in a challenging and fast pace environment

Responsibilities

• Effective communication with travel nurses and other staff
• Actively seek out new and unique recruiter tools to gain new leads
• Conducted initial phone screens with candidates and assist with travel assignments
• Function within the scope of OSM policies, standards, and practice guidelines
