Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Board Certified
- Licensed in Montana/IMLC/All States
- BLS Certification Required
- ABMS or equivalent AOA Board Certification in the specialty(s) or subspecialty(s) of practice
- DEA Registration schedules II–V
