About The Position
Locum Hematology/Oncology Physician Needed Facility City & State: New York Facility Type: Medical Center Provider Profession Needed: MD Specialty: Hem/Onc Start Date: 4/6/2026 End Date: Ongoing Length of Assignment: 1 year - extension Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days (urgent need flagged with credentialing team) Work Schedule: 3 Days Per Week FT Outpatient Only Patient Volume: 12 to 15 patients/day Procedures: Bone marrow procedures are a plus (most handled by IR) ~80% Oncology to ~20% Hematology Includes both benign to malignant cases EMR: EPIC License Needed: NY Certifications Needed: BC required Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: 1 year min Other additional pertinent information: Team Composition: 1 MD to 1 NP onsite. Support staff includes NP to nursing
