Requirements

Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
Extensive experience in general anesthesia and CRNA supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a multidisciplinary setting.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining clinical precision.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality anesthesia care for a broad spectrum of surgical procedures, including orthopedics, general surgery, and more.
Provide medical supervision to CRNAs for approximately 75% of the time, ensuring effective oversight and support.
Conduct detailed preoperative evaluations to develop tailored anesthesia plans for optimal patient safety and comfort.
Monitor patients intraoperatively, adjusting anesthesia as needed to maintain stability and achieve excellent outcomes.
Ensure accurate, compliant documentation of patient care and anesthesia processes in line with regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, CRNAs, and clinical staff to foster a cohesive, team-oriented approach to care delivery.
