As a Lockbox & Statement Rendering Clerk at Lake City Bank, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the bank by ensuring the accurate processing of lockbox transactions and statement generation. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. You will be responsible for preparing and verifying lockbox transactions, which involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Additionally, you will process and balance tax payments, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will also include the generation and processing of statements for each statement cycle. This involves not only creating the statements but also managing the mailing process, which includes validations and reprints. You will utilize high-speed inserting machines to facilitate the mailing of statements, ensuring that all customer communications are handled efficiently and accurately. The role is part-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, specifically from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
