About The Position

The Lead Specialist is primarily focused on execution of basic to moderate processing work following defined procedures with some expansion to complex issues based on development. This position requires administering moderate procedures, analysis, tasks, and reporting while receiving limited instructions for filing, recording, processing, servicing, and organization of documentation associated with a product or process. The Lead Specialist will also be responsible for moderate operational and/or administrative work requiring occasional decision-making and will escalate issues as needed. The position is onsite/in-office only, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Minimum 1 year in operations or general office role (required).
  • Working knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes.
  • Ability to apply customer service concepts and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of back office operations.
  • Ability to leverage major production application systems.
  • Ability to drive critical activities to completion.
  • Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
  • Ability to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational problems.
  • Basic understanding of risk management processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Gemba Kaizen methodology.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

  • Administers moderate procedures, analysis, tasks, and reporting.
  • Reviews and ensures proper documentation or procedures are used for moderate activities.
  • Identifies and resolves moderate issues by following established guidelines.
  • Refers more complex problems to Senior level or supervisor.
  • Provides service in relation to moderate complex billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints from customers.
  • Recommends and implements programs to solve routine issues.
  • Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign.
  • Accountable for regular reporting and analysis requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
