About The Position

We are seeking a Lockbox Data Entry Processor to join our team! This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working independently. You will primarily focus on data entry and verification of digital check information while supporting other lockbox operations as needed.

Requirements

Previous 10-key data entry experience required (preferably in a financial services environment).
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of retail banking or lockbox experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform 10-key data entry to accurately log check details such as deposit amounts, names, and dates into the system.
Sort and stage bulk mail deliveries for processing.
Open incoming mail manually or using automated machines, depending on volume.
Verify and process deposits for wholesale (high-value, low-volume) and retail (low-value, high-volume) groups.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity standards.
