Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer expectations
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
