About The Position
The BSI Lending Division Lock Desk Coordinator's primary responsibilities will include monitoring lock requests in the loan origination system (LOS) and executing lock requests/revisions and extensions as necessary with the applicable investor and/or channel. Additionally, the candidate ensures data integrity in all systems for both financial and regulatory reporting. The Lock Desk Coordinator will also be responsible for partnering with BSI Secondary to ensure accurate pricing to protect company revenue.
