About The Position
As a Locator II, you’ll take the lead in analyzing spatial data, designing digital maps, and mentoring junior team members. This role is ideal for experienced GIS professionals ready to make a bigger impact.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of progressive GIS or geography experience.
- Advanced math and mapping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS tools.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze spatial data using mapping software.
- Design and maintain digital maps and geographic databases.
- Convert physical maps to digital formats.
- Create data visualizations and reports.
- Lead special projects and support junior staff development.
